I am very delighted to have played an important role in establishing Bayshore Gardens, a prestigious real estate development in Coal Harbour Vancouver in Canada.
The City of Vancouver carefully reviewed and assisted us in planning the development of this jewelry- like land in order to transform it into a world class waterfront residential resort. Needless to say, we are very proud to be one of the protagonists in this decade long project.
As the developer of Bayshore Gardens, Blue Tree Management still strive to maintain a sustainable value in the neighborhood. Our mission is not only constructing buildings but also establishing a community in each building and in the area.
