President Message

I am very delighted to have played an important role in establishing  Bayshore Gardens, a prestigious real estate development in Coal Harbour Vancouver in Canada.

The City of Vancouver carefully reviewed and assisted us in planning the development of this jewelry- like land in order to transform it into a world class waterfront residential resort. Needless to say, we are very proud to be one of the protagonists in this decade long project.

As the developer of Bayshore Gardens, Blue Tree Management still strive to maintain a sustainable value in the neighborhood. Our mission is not only constructing buildings but also establishing a community in each building and in the area. We strongly believe that the Bayshore community is more organized, cohesive, and superior than the other developments in Vancouver as we always attempt to create a totalized image and design, have a specific target market, and communicate well with all of our residents and neighbours.

Our team is also offering excellent amenities and services such as marina, shopping area, parking lot, car rental and even a cozy cafe where you can grab a cup of coffee when taking a walk in the beautiful Coal Harbour.
